Knuckleheadz is the story of four very close friends who're tight like glue. These four young men do everything together, including getting money by any means neccesary. Niko, Chris, Bishop & Antwon are trying to come up on the streets. They devise a plan & a set-up that in their minds, can't go wrong.What I loved about this story was how real it seemed. Even though these friends were as close as close could be, they each held secrets that gave them each a motive & a reason to feel desperate enough to not only take chances with their lives, but also their freedom. This story moved me in so many ways, on so many levels & touched every one of my emotions. The story holds very true to phrase "never judge a book by it's cover." That not only goes for the title,but the characters as well. The best part of the story for me is the lesson that's taught if you read & pay close attention. Is it possible for Niko,Chris Bishop & Antwon to really be what some would call "the epitome" of true friends, when one hasn't a clue that the other one is hiding something that's tearing him apart mentally & emotionally? Everything isn't always what it seems & you'll soon learn that even better, once you meet the "Knuckleheadz."
I absolutely LOVED this novel from page one, to the last period of the last sentence. There were some errors but, not nearly enough to make a reader lose focus,nor did the errors take anything away from the story. The storyline in my opinion was excellent. This story is definitely 5 stars hands down, one of the best stories I've read this year! PLEASE GET KNUCLEHEADZ IN YA' LIFE & ON YOUR KINDLE TODAY!

This book had me hooked from the first page to the very end. I enjoyed how the author brought to life each character and played it out until the end. At some points in the book, you could visualize what was happening and become a part of the story. You won't be disappointed with this purchase. It will definitely have you wanting more. this book was so good i hated it to end and i will be lookin out for pt2 i love cj hudson this was another wild ride the knuckleheadz was a bad bunch but they was also a couple of goodhearted guys now that temp was a awful mess,bishop and chris and niko was good but,misguided young men with different troubled lives now antwan he was a different story he was a leader but walked on both sides of good and bad but all in all i enjoyed this read
Knuckleheadz was definitely worth 5 stars Chris Antwan Temp Niko Bishop were more than friends they were brothers I really enjoyed Chris and Niko story those story really touched me Temp is a bad boy who kill for fun and have jealous ways Bishop really wanted to stop but he was loyal to his friends Antwan was the leader of the crew who they all look up to but I wanna see who gonna remain a Knucklehead in part 2!!
Let me start by saying, this was truly a page turner. Another good book by Mr.C.J Hudson. Every time I put it down I had to pick it back up. The KnuckleHeadz were something else. I felt that out of all of them Bishop was ready to leave the group he was different but he was caught in that life. Out of all of all of them the worst one was Temp. He didn't care about anyone but himself. I wonder if he would change cause of the son he never wanted. Can't wait till part2!!
Teenaged friends trying to make it in the world but instead of going to school & getting an education, they decide that illegal activities are the easiest ways to get where they wanna be. The boys get into all kinds of drama throughout the days. Always have each other's backs but how long can they survive like this?
Just like the title says, C.J.Hudson gives you an up close and personal look at the lives of the "neighborhood" Knuckleheadz. Sit back and ride with theses youngin's as you find out how they got the name. This story kept me on the edge of my seat and I couldn't wait to see what they had coming up next with each chapter. I didn't want this story to end. The typo's were annoying but it was still a good story.
Knuckleheadz hit close to home because I am from Cleveland and I know a lot of guys that have went the route that these friends went and most of them are now either dead or in jail. People that have lived this lfe can relate to having that by any means necessary mentalilty. I love how CJ spun a tale that wasn't just based on drugs and violence. This story had a lesson. Many of them actually. Chris was hustling for a reason, to support his family. He needed money and he needed it fast. Each character had their own demons that they were battling. I absolutely love every book this author puts out and I will be on the edge of my seat waiting for the sequel to the story.
