I feel like Lamaze was the only reason I was able to give birth naturally with no pain killers! With my previous birth I tried so hard to not get an epidural but I broke down after 20 hours and gave in. I knew I wanted to be better prepared this time but my work schedule didnt allow for me to take any classes. I got this book hoping it would help and it did! Very easy to use and understand! It just took massive amounts of concentration once labor started. I even believe my labor went much faster this time because I was able to relax my body and not tense against the contractions. I suggest this book for anyone wanting to give natural child birth or anyone even curious about it. Give it a try! It was the best experience of my life!
