Good writing. Story just didn't grab me personally. But I would recommend to others for originality and great writing style.
This book grabs you from page one. That's when you realize that this is not your average vampire story. I really enjoyed this book.
I enjoyed reading this book. Lots of action & excitement. I finished it in a day & it kept me entertained while bedridden with a sore back for several days. I just bought another Peter Cawdon book!
A very interesting twist on the classic vampire novel! An absorbing and fun read!
Characters are well developed and believable and the plot has some great unexpected twists. I especially enjoyed the lead female character's personality and changes.
This book held my interest all the way through. A modern spin on classic Dracula. Very intelligent and full of surprises because of the shifting perspective of the narrator. Highly recommend any book by Peter Cawdron.
Sooooo good! I wanted the book to continue, I couldn't put it down the entire time of reading. This book was so exciting and had me captivated from page one. I initially downloaded this book because (lets face it, because it was free and) it was about one of my favorite subjects, Vampires!
I was pleasantly surprised and immediately engrossed in this story. A totally different take on the subject, but yet ties so close to the original Dracula story as told by Bram Stoker.
I loved the way the author concentrated on the other aspects of vampires, not just the fangs and the drinking blood, but on the fear and the melancholy that evil brings.
This book is definitely worth your time reading. I cannot wait to check out other works by this author.
